Paris 101
Let's take a stroll through the center of Paris. We will share some history, famous places, beautiful architecture and plenty of fun facts.

-
Left Bank? Right Bank? What exactly does that mean?
-
Are there really islands in Paris, and what is on them?
-
Macaroons, macarons, Macron? What's the difference?

We will give you the lay of the land and familiarize you with the basic geography of Paris as we walk through some of the most iconic spots in the capital. There will be plenty of opportunities to catch you and your family in candid moments and posed shots so that you have a lasting memory of your trip to the City of Light!

This very special village at the northern edge of the city, filled with artists, churches, and one of the last operating vineyards in the capital (spoiler alert - the wine is not very good!)

Want to see where Picasso lived or see today's artists at work?
-
Learn to say "I Love you" in 250 languages?

Let's take you through one of the oldest neighborhoods in Paris. It's streets have seen the sandals of Cesar's soldiers, the well-worn soles of a penniless Ernest Hemingway, and of course the most impractical stilettos of a certain Netflix diva and her handsome French neighbor Gabriel.

-
Is there really a 2000 year old arena in the middle of Paris?
-
I see kangaroos! Are we in France or Australia??
-
Can I make a reservation at "Gabriel's" restaurant?

From its quiet cafés, its beautiful parks, to some of the last remnants of the 12th Century city walls, this neighborhood has many secrets to share. And as for snacks - how about we practice our French while ordering un croissant or pain au chocolat at the same bakery as Emily.

The Pantheon

Jardin des Plantes
